It’s Time to Thrive documentary empowers those who have been victimized to thrive. The documentary addresses domestic abuse and bullying from a Biblical perspective in youth, adulthood, as well as generational victimization. The film identifies three stages: victimization, survivor and thriver; all the time offering advice on how to get to and remain in the thriver stage. It challenges us to survive, but not to remain in the survivor stage often characterized by fear, sickness, indecisiveness, guilt and self-hatred. It’s Time to Thrive educates communities about the victimization, while providing practical hope for full recovery and future prevention.
